Welcome to Aussie Productions. By accessing or using our website (www.aussieproductions.com.au), services, or engaging in a project with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General

These Terms apply to all site users and Aussie Productions clients. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Our Services

Aussie Productions offers services including, but not limited to:

  • Video Production

  • Photography

  • Social Media Content Creation

  • Editing and Post-Production

  • Drone/Aerial Videography

Project-specific terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

3. Quotes & Payments

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

  • A deposit (usually 30–50%) may be required to begin work.

  • Final payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

  • Delayed payments may incur late fees or paused service delivery.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

  • Clear brief or project outline

  • Timely access to required materials (logos, brand info, scripts, etc.)

  • Feedback within agreed timelines

Failure to provide necessary assets may affect deadlines or result in additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Aussie Productions retains the right to use completed works for our portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

  • Final deliverables become the property of the client after full payment.

  • Raw footage and unused assets remain the property of Aussie Productions unless purchased separately.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot may incur a fee.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require additional fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aussie Productions is not liable for any:

  • Losses due to delays caused by unforeseen events

  • Data loss resulting from third-party hosting or software

  • Outcomes from content performance (e.g., social engagement or conversion rates)

We will take reasonable steps to deliver high-quality services in line with the project scope.

8. Third-Party Links & Tools

This website may include links to third-party sites (e.g., YouTube, Instagram). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Governing Law

The laws of Victoria, Australia govern these Terms, and any disputes will be handled within its jurisdiction.
